1. General Scope

By placing the order to us, in whatever form this takes place, the buyer recognizes our terms and conditions for the duration of the whole and also for future business relations. Purchaser hereby expressly waive the effectiveness of own conditions of purchase, even if we return as requested copies of the submitted order forms. 1.2. Agreements, reservations, changes or additions to these terms and conditions are only valid in writing and the same goes for the deviation from the written form requirement.
1.3. Contrary to or from these terms and conditions of the contractor even if acknowledged only be effective if they are accepted by the Agency in written form.
1.4. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and concluded pursuant to contracts. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by an effective one, which is its intent and purpose of the next.
2. Offers
Our offers have—provided that their validity is not limited from the outset, the foodstuff time validity. Moreover, prices and delivery time are subject to change and revocable and subject to these Terms.
